Steps

Obtain correct file
Contact EHS who will be able to supply files for the previous version of AquilaServer. -
Save your settings
Use the Aquila Server Configuration tool to make a careful note of your settings. Alternatively, make a backup copy of the `AquialServer.ini` file that is located in the `AquilaServer` folder in program files. -
Obtain correct file
Contact EHS who will be able to supply files for the previous version of AquilaServer. -
Uninstall
Uninstall the installed AquilaServer product -
Database Restore
Restore the database to a point immediately prior to the upgrade taking place. -
Install previous version
Install the previous version of AquilaServer as supplied, using the settings you noted in step 2. If you made a copy of the AquilaServer.ini file, then replace the existing AquilaServer.ini file with your saved version. You must restart the AquilaServer service afterwards.

Installations for older versions of the server are readily available, should a major roll-back be required. Please contact us to obtain.
