Bug Reporting
AquilaCRS/IBID has a bug reporting system built into it.
If you encounter a bug or other error, please choose to submit the error by pressing the Send Report button.
A Send Assistant box will appear.
It is of most importance that your name and email address is included in the Send Assistant box so the issue can be responded to and resolved quickly.
When prompted to provide further details, please include information about what you were doing prior to the bug appearing, including screen and field names and buttons you pressed. The more information you can give will help speed up reproducing the error and resolving the issue.
Please do not include patient identifiable information. Once the details are added a "Continue" button will appear, click the continue button and Aquila will return to the previous fields..
Once a bug report has been generated it is recommended Aquila is restarted to clear any issues from the system.
