Settings are automatically saved when changing pages & when closing.

Assistant Mode

Determines whether the Statistics, Export or both pages are shown. Set this according to your needs.

Export Directory

Sets the location for the exported Telemarque files. THIS SETTING MUST REMAIN THE SAME BETWEEN SESSIONS; ONLY CHANGE UNDER INSTRUCTION

File Upload Protocol

Determines the method by which the assistant connects to the EHS website:

  • HTTP: uses port 80 and should normally be allowed.
  • FTP : uses port 21 and maybe blocked. Use only if HTTP does not work.

Note that in the event of a failure of the selected method, the alternative method will be tried automatically.

Telemarque Connection

Specify the database path (including server name), the username (usually SYSDBA) and password for the Telemarque database.

On each run of the Assistant, the connection must be tested to ensure the Telemarque database is available.

  • Press Test Conn
  • If the connection is successful, the "Test Conn" button becomes the Next button.
  • If the connection fails, it may take some time to return the error message.
