The file viewer is available by pressing the "File Viewer" button that is available on most pages of the migration assistant.
It allows you to view the exported files; both data files and images, to check their contents for accuracy & completeness.
Opening a File
- Click the Open... button
- Exported files are sub-divided into year folders; double click a folder to move into it.
- Within each year folder and further sub-folders, one per patient from that year. The folder name is internal patient ID from Telemarque. Dbl click to open a folder.
- Inside the patient folder you will see the following:
- One or more Episode Folders, named 99999-USERNAME-9999999999
- DEMOGRAPHICS.json - the file containing that patients demographics
- EPISODEOFCARE.json - the file containing details of that patients Episode of Care
- IAUDITTRAIL.json - the Telemarque audit trail for that patient.
- Inside each Episode Folder there are
- multiple files with the .json extension; these are the patients clinical records, like scar, wound & skin assessments.
- a folder called 'images' that contains the original (not resized) images from the TM database.
- please change the file type option (bottom right) to Images (*.jpg) in order to be able to see the image files.
