Considerations

  • An export can be run at any time prior to importing to AquilaCRS, even if Telemarque is actively being used.
  • Data can be exported year by year in order to export the data piecemeal & thus minimise server impact.
  • When all years or all data has been exported, it can be kept up to date with any new edits in Telemarque.
  • We recommend running the export during quiet periods in order to prevent slowing down other systems like IBID.

Steps

  1. Open the Migration Assistant
  2. Click the Next button to get to the settings page
  3. Change the Assistant Mode to Migration
  4. Click Test Conn to ensure the Telemarque database is available
  5. Click Next to proceed to the Export page.
  6. Select the type of Export from the list**
  7. If you're using the Date Range export type, then select the year from the next drop down box.
  8. Press the EXPORT DATA button & monitor the output.
** Please see Telemarque Migration Assistant for a discussion on the export types available.
