When the client software is automatically upgraded users do not have any permissions initially. To resolve the situation, an iBID Admin must grant permissions to users. See Managing_Users#User_Permissions.

If the database & server are upgraded to v1.2, but you are using a version 1.1 client, then you will receive an error on logging. Make sure your client software is up to date. Known Issue - Missing TraumaNetworkID and Record_Date_Time fields
