Considerations
- An export can be run at any time prior to importing to AquilaCRS, even if Telemarque is actively being used.
- Data can be exported year by year in order to export the data piecemeal & thus minimise server impact.
- When all years or all data has been exported, it can be kept up to date with any new edits in Telemarque.
- We recommend running the export during quiet periods in order to prevent slowing down other systems like IBID.
Steps
- Open the Migration Assistant
- Click the Next button to get to the settings page
- Change the Assistant Mode to Export
- Click Test Conn to ensure the Telemarque database is available
- Click Next to proceed to the Export page.
- Select the type of Export from the list
- If you're using the Date Range export type, then select the year from the next drop down box.
- Press the EXPORT DATA button & monitor the output.
