This is a Technical (IT) Helpdesk topic

The following are currently known issues with the IBID software.

Access Violation when editing date/time fields in IBID in v.1.1.8. Several customers have reported this bug. Be assured that it's not a severe bug in the sense that it does not affect data. However, we have yet to be able to replicate the bug in our testing environments, but we are still working on a solution for v1.1.9. Please bear with us.

Missing TotalLOS Data from IBID Query
