TM Migration Export

Considerations

• An export can be run at any time prior to importing to AquilaCRS, even if Telemarque is actively being used.
• Data can be exported year by year in order to export the data piecemeal & thus minimise server impact.
• When all the TM data has been exported, it can be kept up to date with any new edits in Telemarque by using an "Audit Update Export".
• We recommend running the export during quiet periods in order to prevent slowing down systems like Telemarque & IBID.

Running a Yearly Export

1. Open the Migration Assistant
2. Click the Next button to get to the settings page
3. Under the Application Settings header, change the Assistant Mode to Migration
4. Under the Export Settings header, make sure the Export Directory is set to your desired location.

   2. Once the Export Directory has been set and data exported, do not alter this value
5. Click Test Conn to ensure the Telemarque database is available
6. Click Next to proceed to the Export page.
7. Select the Year export type
8. Select the year from the next drop down box.
   1. It's recommended to migrate the oldest years first (as recent years will still be being worked on in TM)
9. Press the EXPORT DATA button
   1. The log will output the current settings and any important messages.
   2. The progress bar underneath the log indicates progress, as well as the fields above the log showing the count information.
