Telemarque Migration Assistant

The Telemarque Migration Assistant exports all Telemarque data to the file system. This can then be imported into AquilaCRS.
It provides 3 types of export:
- FULL: Exports all patient records from the TM database, skipping any patient record that already exists. Must be run at least once.
- LATEST: Exports all patient records that have been changed in TM, since the last FULL export was run. Useful to ensure the exported data is kept up to date with changes in the Telemarque database.
- EXPORT YEAR: Exports all patient records that were created in the selected year. WILL overwrite existing data. Useful for either testing export, or for exporting TM data piece-by-piece, such as overnight.
