Getting Started with Contacts
The BBA Contacts & Course Manager will open with the Standard user interface showing the available Courses.
Add a new Contact
To add a new contact select the A Contact Details form will open.
Fill in the Personal and Professional Details of the new contact, the tabs to the right of the form record the contact details, including home and work contact details, there is also a PA contact tab, it is useful to have as much contact information as possible.
The Address Tab also has a work and a home tab as well as Department, Organisation and a comments field.
The BBA Membership Tab has membership number and payment details along with details of the membership category and any follow Up Actions needed.
The BBA Payments tab allows the user to add, edit and delete payments along with payment methods and amounts paid.
EMSB Faculty tab records the Primary and Secondary category, the EMSB status, Instructor Status and Coordinator Status along with dates to transfer to pathway routes and decisions.
The Courses Tab will display any courses the Candidate is enrolled or instructing on.
Search Contacts
To Search for a contact click the Search Icon A Search Contacts Form will appear.
Enter the contacts name in the Search filter box above the list of names, tick the box if the search is to include deleted contacts.
If the contact exists the name searched for will be listed in the contacts list.
If no contact exists a new contact can be created by clicking the "New" button, a new contact form will appear.
To edit an existing contact click the Edit Button and the selected contact details form will open.
To delete the contact select the delete button. A Delete the selected contact confirmation box will appear, click yes to confirm the deletion and no to cancel.
