Overview
The entire IBID record is divided into several sections covering demography, causation through to discharge and follow up.
A single patient folder may contain several IBID records. Create new IBID records from the patient folder by clicking the "New IBID Record" button/menu option. You will have to select an appropriate IBID Record Type.
A single patient folder may also contain several burn dependency records. Create new Dependency records from the patient folder by clicking "New Dependency" record.
