Daily Dependency

The Daily Dependency record is the patents day to day care record while under the care of the Burns team.

Creating a Dependency Record

Daily dependency records were designed to keep a record of all patient treatments, procedures and assessments.

A new Daily Dependency record can be created by

• Clicking New Dependency Record shown next to Open Dependency Record,

• By clicking on the New Dependency Record on the Navigation tab or

• Selecting New on the folder toolbar and selecting New Dependency Record.

• Clicking Actions then New Dependency Record on the folder toolbar

• By clicking the Linked Ibid Record title on the title bar, an abbreviated Daily Dependency record can be added.

Filtering dependency data

A summary of the Daily dependency records are displayed below the Daily Dependency toolbar, these summaries are displayed for up to 90 days. Daily Dependency records over 90 days old are visible when the funnel icon on the toolbar is clicked.

Sorting Dependency record Data

Below the Dependency record Toolbar, the title bar holds the headings for the preview of the dependency record. Next to each of the titles there is a filter icon apparent when hovering over each heading.
