Bug Reporting

AquilaCRS/IBID has a bug reporting system built into it. If you encounter a bug or other error, please choose to submit the error.

When prompted to provide further details, please include information about what you were doing prior to the bug appearing, including screen and field names and buttons you pressed.

Please do not include patient identifiable information.

Alternatively, to report a problem with AquilaCRS/IBID that doesn't manifest itself as a bug, or for making an enquiry please contact us via www.evohelpdesk.co.uk.

When completing the form, it is very important that you include the following facts about your problem:

  • Exact error text - pressing Ctrl+C when an error message is displayed will copy the error text into the clipboard so that you can paste into emails/forms. This 'trick' works in most windows applications.
  • What you were doing immediately prior to the error appearing. Include screen names, field name, buttons you pressed - but please, no patient identifiable data
  • If it's unclear, please explain what you expected to happen versus what actually happened.

One of our support operators will get back to you as quickly as possible.
