Per User or All Users Installation
There are two choices for installation: per-user or all-users. Each offers the following benefits/disadvantages:
Per User
- Requires no special Windows permissions to install
- Software will automatically upgrade
- Recommended for most standard level users on Windows XP, Vista, 7 or 8.
- Not recommended for Citrix or other thin-client installations.
- Software installs to your 'local app data folder.
All Users
- Requires System Administrator permissions on Windows to install
- Upgrades required to be installed manually - please see News items on www.ibidb.org
- Recommended for System Administrators
- Recommended for Citrix or other thin-client installations.
- Software installs to the Program Files folder.

Installing AquilaCRS (IBID)
Obtain the latest software from www.ibidb.org. You will need a login to access the downloads.
Once the file has downloaded, and saved to a specified folder it will need to be unzipped. Either use your own specific Zip software, or extract all files using built-in Windows capability. (TODO: Expand on this)
Start the installation by double-clicking on the unzipped file - aquila_setup32.exe
Please answer Yes when asked Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer?
When you are asked for the Server you will need to enter the URL specific to your site. This will likely take the form of http://<yourservername>:8099/bin
