Dashboard
The dashboard screen functions as a home screen to display the following items to the user on first logging in:
- Tool bars & menus
- Create a new patient record
- Quick search box (see Search for patients)
- Navigation
- Help (see AquilaCRS for topics)
- Navigation bar
- Search for patients
- Query the Database
- Reports (e.g. Validation Error List)
- IBID In-Patient List & Out-Patient List
- Short list of most recent Validation Errors
- Status bar, showing:
- Logged in user
- Registry replication status
- Keyboard status.
The Dashboard tab is always visible by default. New tabs may be opened to show search results and to display data from other software modules.
Logged in as [User]
The status bar shows the currently logged in user. Click that status bar panel to open your user profile in order to edit details.
Registry Database Replication
In some installations, such as an IBID system, some data collected will be replicated onto a National Registry. Where this happens, the software will intermittently transmit data to the registry database (usually a centrally located database) whilst the software is still in use.
In the status bar the latest message from the replication system is displayed - clicking the status bar panel will display a complete log history for each session should the user wish to inspect it, or copy & paste to send to technical support.
In the screen shot below, the status bar panel is currently blank.
